This passion comes from over 20 years of experience in hardware infrastructure and software technology as both a partner and an OEM.
Sean served in the BEA President’s Club in 2005 and 2006. he then went on to serve in the Motorola President’s Club from 2007 to 2009. He is a current member of the Plano, Frisco and Fort Worth Chambers of Commerce. Sean also serves as the current president of the Braswell High School Football Booster Club and enjoys coaching youth football and baseball. He also takes pride in volunteering for and serving his church as often as possible.
Handling customer issues and requests with professionalism and the ability to be creative when problem solving helps Andy Pacheco maintain the high standards of service for which Pegasus is known. Andy’s role as a service desk advisor perfectly utilizes his passion for technology and pride in delivering an elevated experience through every interaction. His previous experience in the legal world helps ensure that he is fastidious in his communication and problem solving. His work as a team lead and brand ambassador for companies such as HP and Samsung has helped him take a personable approach to technology management and troubleshooting.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, breakdancing, and dabbling in videography.
